Who We Are

RevenueRecipe.com (the “Site”) is operated by Queso Industries, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, d.b.a. Revenue Recipe (“us”, “we”, or “our”).  This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information (“PI”) which is also known as Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) we receive from users of the Site.  PI and PII may be used interchangeably throughout this document.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by the Site, except where stated otherwise.

Information Collection and Use

When using our Site, social media platforms, and other electronic and telephonic methods, you may provide and we may be automatically provided with certain PII by your web browser or device.  PII includes, but is not limited to, your:

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which are sent to your browser/device from a web site to store certain information.  Like many sites, we use “cookies” for a variety purposes.  Due to the complexity of these, our notice and policies relating to the use of them are broken out into a separate Cookie Policy.

Security

Embedded Content

Blog posts or other articles on this Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).  Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.  These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website or have previously visited that site and they have placed a tracking cookie on your computer/device.

Do Not Track Requests

“Do Not Track” also known as “DNT” is a function offered by some browsers or devices that is supposed to send a signal to websites stating a user’s preference.  As of the time of this policy revision, there has not been an industry accepted standard established for we should handle these requests.  Because of this, we currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals and operate in accordance with this Privacy Policy whether or not a signal is received.  You may learn more about DNT on Wikipedia.

Length of Retention

Depending on the type of information, We reserve the right to retain PII indefinitely, to when We determine that value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it, or to when a valid removal request has been received (subject to limitations).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is as of the date at the top of this policy and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should review this Privacy Policy periodically.  Your continued use of this site after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Children

This Site and services we provide are not intended for children under the age of 18 nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.  We do not orient the Site toward children or target them as an audience, nor does it screen them from using the Site.

Geographic Audience

The geographic audience for our products and services are individuals and businesses within the State of Texas, and to a limited extent, the rest of the United States of America. 

Although our Site is technically available to visitors worldwide, our Site and the services we provide, are not intended for or directed to residents of countries outside of the United States of America.  It would not be technically feasible to accurately implement geographic controls that could limit access to the Site by location of the visitor.

While we believe that our privacy policies are very sound and privacy-conscious, because it would be impossible to comply with the laws, rules, and regulations of every jurisdiction that has access to the internet, we do have to request that those residents or citizens of a jurisdiction with privacy regulations that are stricter than ours not utilize our Site or services.  This includes those in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that are covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

While we believe that our privacy policies are very sound and privacy-conscious, we must utilize our resources to provide the best products and services for our community, designed in compliance applicable laws and regulations governing our locality and that of the community we serve (primarily those within the State of Texas, United States of America).

Where we send your data

We utilize Bluehost, inc. to host our Site.  Bluehost’s primary data centers are located in Utah, United States, which is where most of our data resides.  However, they also have data centers in several other countries in order to distribute international web traffic so data may be transferred or processed in another country.  Additionally, we utilize some third-party service providers, who may utilize servers and therefore store data in other countries.

You acknowledge that we may transfer information from the U.S., to any country in which we or our service providers maintain systems or facilities, and to other countries globally.

If you are located in the European Union/European Economic Area or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, you acknowledge that we may transfer data including PII, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, consistent with our legal obligations governing the transfer of such data.
