About Us

At Revenue Recipe, our mission is to enable physician practices to focus on patient care by eliminating financial and operational worries.

After years of seeing physicians struggle, some forced to lay off staff, work unbearable hours, mortgage their homes, or taking other drastic measures to keep their practices afloat, Revenue Recipe was formed by Gregory Niditch, MBA, CMC.  Having spent many years bringing physician practices back from the brink of collapse, he saw firsthand how alleviating the financial and operational burdens could affect physician lives.  As the son of two physicians, the lifting of that burden is what drives his passion!

Throughout the years working in Practice Manager / Director / Administrators roles, Gregory was able to mentor and coach numerous people who have become very successful in their practices.  However, in these roles, Gregory was only able to help one physician at a time.  By forming Revenue Recipe, a platform was created to help hundreds of physicians achieve success!

Gregory began his career working at the front desk of a single physician practice while attending college.  Since then he has worked for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, repeatedly delivering large-scale results in multi-specialty physician group practice operational, finance, and revenue cycle roles.
While larger organizations provided a great training ground, it is not as rewarding as helping the “little guy” succeed.  His passion is creating revenue growth for small to mid-sized physician practices that often do not have the resources or ability to implement complex and expensive solutions. He’s been nicknamed “MacGyver” and “Mr. Fix-it” due to his versatility and passion for improvement.
